We’re currently looking for a person responsible for developing the framework for the latest version of our pain management app on Expo and React Native, as part of our Finland-based development team. You would be working closely together with our design lead to create and fine tune the mobile UX with attention to details, transitions, and micro-interactions. You would also be working together with our technical architect to make the ins and outs of the project perfect for the development of a world class user experience.
In addition to solid development skills, this role requires specialization in mobile front-end development.
Requirements
Required experience from previous projects:
- Expertise in React Native, Expo and TypeScript.
- Setting up and building an Expo / React Native consumer application for iOS and Android.
- Building fluid, responsive and scalable solutions for mobile.
- Setting up CI pipeline for automated builds of an Expo project.
- At least 5 years of front-end development, of which at least 3 years in a senior position and 3 years of mobile development experience.
Non-technical requirements:
- Ability to work and communicate fully in English.
- Open communicator, ability to express ideas to others in an understandable way.
- Proactiveness.
- Attention to detail while working on the big picture.
- Eye for top-notch mobile design.
- Self-driven, hard working team player.
- Ability to think from the client’s and the end-user’s perspective.
